EPFO has launched the online helpdesk portal to help employers and employees facing issues. This portal is still in Beta version and can be best view in Google Chrome Brower only. Here you can submit your queries and get it resolved. They have 7 days of TAT (turnaround time) to answer your queries. You can visit the helpdesk page by visiting http://59.180.231.60:9091/UANHD/login.jsp .
